End-User License Agreement (EULA) for PDF-ize

Effective Date: May 6, 2024

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sigma Online Solutions ("the Organization", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 8 Herzl, Tel Aviv, Israel. This EULA governs your use of our service, including all related documentation (the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, access, or use the Service.

1. License Grant

The Organization grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Service to any third party for any reason, unless otherwise specified in this EULA or allowed by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Service or any part thereof, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

3. Collection and Use of Your Personal Data

The use of your personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy, effective as of March 21, 2024. By accepting this EULA, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Organization and its licensors.

5. Termination

This EULA will terminate immediately without notice from the Organization if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of any part of the Service in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Organization or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8. Amendments to this EULA

The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
